ALTERNATIVE ORDERING METHOD (BY MAIL): If you do not want to order online using a credit card or PayPal, you may order by mail. To order by mail, simply click on the items you want and begin the checkout procedure as if you were ordering online. Once in the shopping cart, write down the item(s) and quantities you want and the total cost (including shipping) along with your name, street address (no PO boxes please) and phone number (also email address if you would like to receive updates on your order status), and send that information along with a check or money order for the appropriate amount to: ABC Safety Network, 381 Pine Street #4, West Reading, PA 19611. Your order will be processed as soon as your money order is received or your check clears.
Turnaround time: Most ABC products (hi-viz clothing and traffic control equipment) are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor to you and can be delivered in just a few days, depending on availability. (To keep prices as low as possible, we keep our on-hand inventory as low as possible too.) Uniforms and uniform accessories, if in stock at the store, will be shipped immediately.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ABC Safety Network and Hess Embroidery & Uniforms will honor the manufacturer's warranty on every product we carry. If you have a problem with any product purchased from us, we will pay to have the item(s) returned to us for exchange or refund. Refunds will not be issued on any customized, tailored, or embroidered clothing or equipment. In the event of a manufacturing defect or a defect in workmanship, an identical replacement product will be offered (including customization), or, if an identical product is not available, a similar product (including customization) or store credit will be offered. Cancellation of orders: Orders of non-customized products may be canceled at any time prior to the product(s) being shipped. Orders of customized products may be canceled only when cancellation takes place prior to customization being done.
